ASSISTANT TAPROOM MANAGER
Hailing from the land of llamas and lomo saltado (Peru), David is interested in - in no particular order - good food, bourbon, beer, electronic dance music (EDM), and FC Barcelona. After moving to Boston from Connecticut he was lucky enough to land a job at Mystic, where he gets to be around "some of the dopest beers everyday". On the days he's not at Mystic you'll likely find him taking part in one or more of the following: attending an EDM show or festival, watching Barcelona matches, drinking an excessive amount of coffee, road-tripping to discover new beers and breweries, enjoying said discoveries with friends, reading and learning about beer, or fantasizing about the next time he'll have the chance to eat a delicious steak paired with a cab.
