The Sorta Samosa: A blend of curried cauliflower, potato and peas.

The Root Medley: Root veggies, herbed and roasted in maple syrup.  (Potato, sweet potato, yucca, carrot, garlic and ginger.)

The Uruguayan: Chopped spinach, Ricotta, Mozzarella and a little Parmesan in a Béchamel cream.
