Saturdays 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM
Free tasting flights are available at any time we are open.
Tours are conducted at 1:00 Saturday. Tours are $6 and include a full sized Mystic Goblet, guided tour of beers on tap, guided tour of the brewery, and a contribution to local charities.

Roswell Double IPA, 8.6% The secret, very hoppy, double IPA we keep at the brewery.
Mary of the Gael, 6.8%, Spring saison dry hopped with copious amounts of floral hops.
Auerbach's Rauchbier, 5.3 ABV Ale made with smoked malt
Saison Renaud, 6.5% ABV Farmhouse ale, Single hop/single malt: Saaz and Pilsner.
