32° Malt Cordials

The 32° series is an exploration into the cutting edge of brewing. Facinated with the extreme beers created by our fellow American craft brewers we can't get over how well these kinds of beers go with dessert and after dinner, just like a traditional cordial. Brewing beers like these opens the doors to all the creativity a brewer can muster. Look for big fruit flavors and powerful aromatics as a result of lengthy barrel aging and true wine-like fermentations. However, we don't distill or fortify these cordial-like beers. We want the fermentation alone to build these beers.
