Intriguing balance. Beers that were meant for food; that trumpet up the yum. Our goal is to make beers for the ages. We emphasize flavor, aroma, structure, and balance in our beer. Our speciality is in making wild and high gravity beers.
Our first two beers encompass the range of styles we will be producing. Mystic Saison is our core saison, intended to be the heart and soul of many future variations. On the other side of the universe is Mystic Entropy, a work of pure imagination and exploration in to the possibilities of high gravity brewing.
